So I've taken the plunge and upgraded from my approx. $15 VERY basic pre-paid cell phone to an expensive iPhone 4 on an 18 month contract. I have to admit that I haven't explored all the features yet, transferred all my contacts, or created my apple account to download all the applications, but it has already helped greatly:
*using the maps function to find my friend's house when Ava's strapped to me (picture below).
*taking pictures of Ava, which I can immediately email to Peter and to the shutterfly website and blog (go check out the new pictures under "28-30 wks")
*taking videos of Ava talking which I play back to her and she begins to giggle because only she can understand the joke she just told (I need Peter to help me video her watching the video bc I dont have enough hands!)
*creating and editing all my to-do lists that I usually write on my hand, on paper that I lose, etc. (I do lose the satisfaction of scratching it off as the delete button just doesnt do it for me).
