Contractions

I wouldnt describe my water as breaking today... more like running.... all day. didnt really know it could go down like that. That slowed around 8pm. Peter and I went to bed around 11:30, only for me to begin having contractions. I'm getting some fairly short/frequent ones. Would love to get some sleep tonight, but not quite sure how, as laying down does not encourage her down the birth canal (if only she was engaged/in the birth canal before all this!). oh well.

Peter's enjoying some sleep in the room next door; figured he might need some to keep me sane during my moments of pain to come. :)
